In the future we aim to roll out a programme of independent consultations on issues relating to the Clyde through our Clyde.Scot digital platform. We will aim to fund these through consultation-specific crowd funding campaigns and appropriate grant applications.
The advantage of independent consultations is that they are not influenced by special interests or delivered to fit the pre-defined aims of developers. So we can undertake consultation processes that genuinely reflect public, community and stakeholder interests.
